meeting was called to order by Mrs. Egolf at 7:34 p.m.

motion was made by Mr. Cornwell, seconded by Mr. Wiegand, to accept with
regrets the resignations of the following:
Joyce Ropp retire as a teacher for the early childhood
program effective after 2007-2008 school year
Mike Harris head softball coach for junior high and high school
effective after 2008-2009 school year
Todd Brownlee head high school baseball coach effective immediately
Abe Zeller paraprofessional and head track coach effective
immediately

Kendra Morgan high school head softball coach effective for the 2008-2009 school
year

second reading of the Administrative Policy: Part Time Student Enrollment as

motion was made by Mrs. Burr, seconded Mrs. Burmaster, to approve the second

motion was made by Mr. Cox, seconded by Mrs. Burr, to adopt resolution
DCM07-08:1 establishing the imprest accounts, petty cash, and activity accounts
